It was so good to see Kris Blair at DMAC today. She was there for the special graduate students’ workshop, which is very apt, since she has been such a good mentor to so many graduate students throughout the years. I know my scholarly and editing life would be very different without the support and encouragement Kris has given me since we first met back in … well, a very long time ago.
