There was a new Appigo Todo update this morning for the iPhone and it adds iCal to the list of desktop productivity software that Todo will sync with. Since iCal is my organizer of choice, this is a big deal. Luckily, I chose my categories in Todo to match the ones I formerly used in iCal, so I am back to seamless task-tracking again.
I think the main thing I missed by not having to-dos in iCal is the searchability and one-stop listing of appointments and tasks, I also use MobileMe, so this means that when I have an iMac on my desk in October, the same calendar and tasks will push from my iPhone to both my home and work computers. I think the phrase “geeking out” applies here.
