The smoking on my officially smoke-free campus continues on the same corner. Some are Chartwell employees, some are not. I hear that employees were warned not to cluster at the grand entrance to Bear Boulevard on National Ave, but I sincerely doubt that the rest of that idea was to condone smoking a block into campus instead.
